APLRC.com, a national resource service for attorneys, experts, and victims in the Automotive Safety Industry.  We believe that combining experienced case specific attorneys, experts, and victims, will reduce litigation costs and improve the results of product liability cases.  Our goal is to facilitate enough successful cases to persuade manufacturers that ultimately it will cost less to produce safer vehicles than to litigate injury accidents.

APLRC was founded by Susie Bozzini and Cindy Shipp because their father has been in Auto Safety for over 25 years.  As children, their father would take them to his crash test site to watch the dummy tests.  As they grew up, they witnessed the changes in the production of vehicles.  They recall their father explaining an idea to have a bag inflate when an accident occurred that would keep the occupants from hitting the steering wheel or the dash board, this later became the Airbag which is now standard equipment on most newer cars.   Ms. Bozzini and Ms. Shipp watched as their father became a well known expert in the Auto Safety industry, testifying in cases, writing and giving papers, and telling anyone who'd listen about how to make safer cars.  He continues his relentless mission to get manufacturers to produce safer vehicles.  

APLRC is Ms. Bozzini's and Ms. Shipp's way of trying to help in this noble pursuit.  They believe that it would cost little for manufacturers to make roofs stronger, to use thicker steel, to add center shoulder harnesses for the back seat, and many more low cost changes that would reduce the chances of people getting injured in accidents.  They are not experts or attorneys, but they are wives, daughters, mothers, sisters and aunts who believe in the notion that we must all join together to ensure the safety of their own families and the families of all Americans.
